Question. I plan to rip my dvd’s using dvd passkey and Handbrake to a media server. Any suggestions on the best settings for doing a single rip where I can stream the files to WiiMC and also use the tvout function on a 6th gen ipod classic?

    TIA

    The back story:

I recently ran across some used Wii’s at a rent to own place very cheap, so I picked up the 4 they had left. I already had a wii that my 2 and 4 year old love to play (and me of course) for some old school Mario. I was using the wii in the family room with wiimc to play their dvds.

With these extra wii’s I got the wild idea to set each one up in a room as a media player for netflix streaming, tversity streaming, and media streaming from a p4 3.8 ghz server with 4gb ram total 2 TB hard drive space over the wireless network.

I also have been meaning to rip their disney dvd collection to an ipod classic video so that we can take them with us when we visit the grandparents (6 hour drive with dvd headrests)
