Adding FTP Site mess up settings and/or filesystem

I’m using 1.0.9 on 4.0E, HBC 1.0.8 and DARKCorp 1.1 installed, except IOS58 to install channel and normal use of WiiMC.
when I add an FTP Site(no matter it’s address is IP or WWW), save the changes, reopen wiimc then the settings are default, and sometimes generates strange files on the whole filesystem so I needed to run chkdsk four times and format once. any ideas?

i almost forgot it: i’m using an xperia x10 android phone with a fully working ftp server on it, serving on 192.168.1.202:2121. its working with my PC perfectly. i have no chance to use it with usb, because wiimc remounts the device and a popup always shown to enable file sharing over usb on the phone.
BTW, the same issue appears on 1.0.6 too, and WiiXplorer rev199 w/ IOS202 is working perfectly(dunno why)
