Hello, I started using WIIMC recently, I was playing media files from usb and I didn’t had any problem. Now I discovered the FTP option on the menu and I decided to give it a try.
After configuring it and having some troubles with my anti-virus I started playing some video and everything looked good, but after few minutes the image froze and the wiiremote wasn’t responding, I was only able to switch off the wii (with remote).
I looked in the forums and I didn’t saw any similar problem.
I’m using last version of WIIMC
The media I was playing wasn’t very big (350MB). It happened with different files. There doesn’t seem to freeze all the time at the same spot/time frame.
I downloaded the videos from another computer using the FTP and I didn’t had any problem
Can this be problem of my FTP server/Anti-virus? or is some known issue from WIIMC?
