I am also getting the same result.
I installed the latest download of the WiiMC Channel Installer (Oct. 5).
Wii System Menu v.4.3U
HackMii Installer v0.8
Homebrew Channel 1.0.8 IOS58 v24.32
The channel installs successfully but when I click on the start button it seems to freeze on the splash screen then reboot.
I attempted to uninstall/reinstall the channel with the same result.
I uninstalled the channel then removed that directory from the SD card and loaded the WiiMC 1.2.0 New Install directory onto the SD card. I brought that up through the Homebrew Channel and it worked perfectly.
This is a great application and I’d love to have it as a channel on the Wii Menu but this will do for now.
