backup of onlinemedia.xml !!!!!

Wiimc porposed me to automatically update and I answered yes…As far as I did that I was thinking this will keep the onlinemedia.xml file in state and not put my one in trash… as i didn’t not backup it I had to completely rewrite it and it takes time. Is there a way not tu update this file as far as structure of this file should not changes every day !!!

That’s right, I don’t intend to change it often. But as 1.0.6 added new ShoutCAST links I overwrote your existing file.

Same thing will happen again with the next release, which adds YouTube links. I know it’s an inconvenience but I don’t intend to do it after that.

BTW this was noted in the changelog on the website.

Maybe it’s an idea to let WiiMC automatically backup the xml when updating? Something like onlinemedia.bak or something.
