Sorry if some of this bugs had already be reported here.
I will say everything i had found.

Before start i would like to say that all this bug was found opening a movie from a SMB server.

1- Subtitles not showed when the movie is opening
This bug is not constant, but some times happen.
How I corrected: If you back to menu and reload the same file the subtitle will be correct showed.

2- If you have more then 1 SRT file for the same movie.
This is a example, but if you have the movie: ABC.avi and the files: ABC.srt, ABC-eng.srt, ABC.por.srt the app show not the subtitle with the same name, but a random file in the folder.
How I corrected: Keep just one srt file on movie folder

3- Code dump when your open 2 movie files.
How I corrected: I don’t understand why this happen, no logic.

4- H264 lag on decode – think this just must be improved, but for now is almost impossible to watch something in H264…the video is not showed smoothed .
How I corrected: convert file to xvid.

5- Matroska not support – this will be a positive feature if is possible to be included.
How I corrected: Convert file to xvid format

Resolved, you can view the changes in next 1.0.4, or try to compile WiiMC

No Resolution, Keep just one srt file for movie

    Same as reply 1

Check resolution of your H264, here you can find the list of the resolution limits http://www.wiimc.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=224

This is already supported, check reply 4 for more info.

Thanks for the quick reply here my question and suggestions:

I will wait for the 1.04 test version, i read this in other post…this will be a public RC right?

No Resolution, Keep just one srt file for movie

Maybe you could you include a combo key for subtitle features, for exemple:
i read in other topic another suggestion for change subtitle size, you could you use for exemple the “B” button for all subtitle features.
    “B” + “+” increase subtitle size, “B” + “-” decrease size

And something like “B” + “A” could alternate the subtitle file, this could be used also for DVDs for alternate subtitles language.

    Same as reply 1

Same as my first quote too 😉

Check resolution of your H264, here you can find the list of the resolution limits http://www.wiimc.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=224

This is strange, the H264 file is 704×400 resolution 380 kbps, nothing impossible to decode, but it is very slow to watch.

This is already supported, check reply 4 for more info.

I have dump problem because of resolution…thanks for the topic explain it.

We need more infos (for example: you play the video over SMB? Your HD is 7200rpm or other? etc.)
