Can’t press left or right for fast forward

So, issue seems pretty simple. I can’t use the left or right directional arrows to skip forward and rewind in videos :l

Does that happen with ALL files or only one?

If it’s only one, seems like the file has no index, usually due to a broken file (incomplete for instance)
In this case take your SD Card or USB drive to your PC and try to play the file.
You have to try file that fails, not the original file your copied from which is probably already on your PC and may work because it hasn’t been (badly) copied.

If it’s ALL files, you may try another media.

It’s all files. On Navi-X, YT, anything. I also can’t click anywhere on the progress bar, it doesn’t skip forward or rewind.

Come on if you want perople to help you have to feed them with data, at the minimum how many files fail, are they all the same type, the file format(s) (precisely, not just the extension) for audio and video, the duration(s), what support they’re on (if SD card what size and make),…

Support to FF/RW has been disabled on YouTube/Navi-X because on some streams it works fine, and some it doesn’t. So, you’re out of luck.
