Channel Installation Failed

I’ve attempted many times to install the official channel, however, I keep getting “Channel Installation Failed”. It shows Running IOS 222.

I’ve tried this with both ios222 v4 and v5. I’ve also run the official wiimc ios202 installer.

I’m attempting to install from my hard drive — is this a problem?

try installing it from within homebrew on an sd card the installer looks like any other homebrew app with the wiimc logo

what did it say when you installed it from in homebrew channel from the sd card?

Same thing…. Running : IOS 222 at the bottom right, and Channel Installation Failed

what happens when you launch the cios 202 installer that is in the downloads section from homebrew channel?

ios202 launches, downloads, and installs correctly from the installer.

I’m currently running the forwarder from another wad that I found online, but would prefer to run the official forwarder.

The same happens to me!

ios 202 installs perfect from homebrew
wiimc runs perfect from homebrew
installation of channel forwarder failed from homebrew

slim26, which wad are you using? I will use it, until I can install the official channel forwarder 😉
