Doesn’t reload DVD after read failure

I was checking out this fantastic piece of work and when I clicked on the DVD icon, I got a unrecognized format error (a Wii disc was in). I too out the Wii disc and put in a DVD. When I hit the DVD icon again, it just immediately gave the error again without trying to load the disc. I had to exit the program and go back in to get it to reload.
