When playing DVDs that have an animated DVD menu, I can’t find a way to select any options. I hover my mouse over the buttons and get no response, and can’t select any of them because pressing the A button inly plays/pauses the video. I’ve tried pressing 1 to remove the bar along the bottom but it doesn’t disappear when the cursor is on the screen, and I can’t find a way to access the buttons on the DVD menu by any other means I’ve tried.
An update to improve DVD menu functionality, such as the ability to toggle the video control display while you’re pointing at the screen so that you can access buttons, or the addition of the ability to select DVD options using the arrows while not pointing at the screen or even a nunchuk joystick would be very much appreciated, as it would fix something that makes some DVDs otherwise unplayable, especially if the DVD menu loops.
