offline installation of IOS 202?

my wii got no network connection, so I wanted to know how I could offline install IOS 202, I bet it’s possible ’cause it is with 222 and 249.

Hey, hi. Look i don’t speak english very well, but i will try to help you.
I discharged cios 202 from another way.
There’s a web page called Emudesc. You can download the Cios installer, they say its same, so you dont need to install cios 202 from the wiimc installer, from here
I hope you can fix your problem.

Offline steps according to Wiibrew:

1. Download IOS57 v5661 using NUSD.
2. The folder that NUSD outputs will be named 0000000100000039v5661, copy the contents of that folder into SD:/IOS/0000000100000039v5661/
3. Unzip the cIOS installer directly to your SD or USB.
4. Launch the installer from the homebrew channel.
5. Follow on-screen prompts.
