WiiMC is an awesome application and I like it so much! Thanks for your hard work. 🙂
Could you please add the feature to switch between the left and right sound channel? Some video files come with 2 languages, one sits in the left sound channel and the other sits in the right channel. Currently WiiMC can only output both sound channels, therefore the 2 languages mixed together. It would be great if you could add this useful switching function into WiiMC.

Why in the world would they put languages in it like that? Where do you get these files from?

A lot of video files from Asian area do like this way, since they speak different languages even in the same country. And this is the most simplest way to include different languages within one video file of any format.
