    EDIT: Oh you know what, after all that, as soon as I posted I realized I forgot to type setenforce 0

    Hello,

    Thanks for this great software! My wife and I have been using vlc-shares with WiiMC for quite some time. But I recently reinstalled my OS. I use Fedora Linux. It worked fine before with the old version but I thought this time I would try your new beta since it sounds like its going to be released soon.

    However, when I first go to the install URL it gives an error about the Threads forker URL not being able to be detected.

    Insert the url of the threads forker controller. If you changed the Apache port, update the url adding the number port after ‘localhost’

    Auto-discovering of Thread forker URL failed. Please, specify the address of Threads controller manually. Remember that the url must be accessible from vlc-shares itself. Check project wiki for more informations

    I haven’t changed the apache port at all. And I don’t know what to specify there. I can’t find any information on the project wiki about it.

    When I go to the URL it puts in the box: http://localhost/vlc-shares/threads/start
    I get this: {“success”:false,”message”:”403: Forbidden”,”code”:403}

    I don’t see any errors in the Apache logs. Is there other logs some place?

    Then when I fill in my username and password and click Start Installation I am getting these errors at the top:

    fatal DB Error: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 8 attempt to write a readonly database

    and

    error Invalid data

    VLCShares: 0.5.5beta2
    ZF: 1.11.11

    Maybe ZF is outdated? This is the one that Fedora installed.

    If you need any more info I would be happy to help test a solution =)

    Thank you!
