WiiMC works great when streaming video files from another PC. However, I noticed that it would not recognise my .WTV files from my Windows Media Centre PC (which is it’s native recorded TV format). So I have an automated program which converts them to DVR-MS within a few seconds, but WiiMC does not read these either. I spotted a page listing all the vid formats WiiMC supports and DVR-MS was crossed out. Any idea why or the future of this?
To convert my recorded TV from DVR-MS to MPG/AVI etc takes about 20 minutes per program and is a long/tedious process and lots of work for my media PC 😉
