I had no idea what is the best place for that.
I just wanted to mention that you get a plain sql query and an error message if you type some kind of special chars in the description for example.
In my case it was the interrobang.
In the phpbb forum (you are watching at the moment) also an error message appears (Incorrect string value: ‘xE2x80xBD).x0A…’ for column ‘post_text’ at row 1 [1366]) if I want to write the character. So it also could be an database issue.
But it is no show stopper. Just wanted to say that.
