Please test this wiimc and comment: http://www.mediafire.com/?2ezq1ud231qbnm6

With this beta version of WiiMC, I have a loading screen at startup of WiiMC, I hear my hard drive reboot but it is not recognized. It is not recognized either if I disconnect and reconnect I.

EDIT : I use the usb 2.0 on my wii. I just tested my hard drive by plugging it into the USB 1.0 port (top) and is then recognized by WiiMC.

EDIT2 : My hard drive is recognized by randomly WiiMC (on the port usb 2.0 or 1.0) …

Your device has 2 logical units (GetMaxLUN: 2) maybe we need to mount the second logical unit instead the first one.
Test this wiimc beta & post results: http://www.mediafire.com/?og5w9l4h9dc4r11

I don’t know if my external hard drive worked on previous version since I got it for Christmas.
